Group training
Fitness and workout with a small group outdoors or online.
For everyone, regardless of age or gender, who finds gyms too stuffy, jogging too boring, or sport in general too monotonous and who enjoys pushing themselves to their own individual limits. Since everyone determines their own intensity, you don't have to have a specific fitness level or adapt to others. Everyone can set their own limits according to their abilities.
Highly effective training in only 60 minutes.
Very soon you will feel the training effect and endorphins will make you happy, even if it is raining. You will see how far you can go and your self-esteem will increase.

Group and individual training
Whether beginner or advanced:

Duration: 45 - 60 min.
There are several options that we offer, either individual training, called personal training, or group training.
During group training, you can choose whether you want to train in the group once, twice or three times a week.
We also offer what we call “training on a long leash”, which means that you get a training plan and train independently and at regular intervals, every 2 or 4 weeks, we check your results and see whether the training is being carried out correctly.
